About Kathy Conley-Jones

Ms. Conley Jones is founder and President of The Conley Financial Group.  She is a graduate of St. Louis University where she majored in Interdisciplinary Social Studies with a minor in education. Kathy began her career as an educator in the St. Louis Public School system. After several years, she recalibrated her profession, broadened her knowledge and embarked upon the entrepreneurial path in insurance and financial services Ms. Conley-Jones attained the designation, LUTCF (Life Underwriter Training Council Fellow). Kathy is a licensed broker in property casualty, life and health and is registered Series 6 and 63 in over 5 states and the District of Columbia.

Ms. Conley Jones has built her organization upon a tradition of integrity, industry leadership and excellence.  Kathy is the recipient of numerous industry awards. She has a lifetime membership in the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT*), as well as the Court of the Table. In 2004, Ms. Conley Jones was selected by executives of the City of St. Louis’s Community and Development Association to participate in an entrepreneurial program in Chicago, Illinois. The Runner’s Club, developed by Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, targeted minority and women entrepreneurs seeking to expand and increase employment opportunities nationally and globally. Utilizing  the additional skills garnered through this program, Kathy brings a unique perspective  to deliver cutting edge commercial insurance, employee benefit and financial strategies to her clients.

Ms. Conley Jones develops and presents minority contractor workshops and financial literacy seminars.  Many of these sessions are specifically designed for women,  minority entrepreneurs and emerging market populations.  Ms. Conley-Jones is a sought after speaker in the insurance industry and the community at large as well.

Ms. Conley Jones commitment to her faith and community is evident in her involvement with several charitable organizations, whose mission is to promote the growth, education and protection of women and children in the St. Louis metropolitan area.  The unwavering support as advisory member or ambassador, reminds her daily of the responsibility she is charged  to give back to the community in which she lives. Kathy resides in St. Louis and is married with one son.

* MDRT is an international, independent association of sales professionals in the life insurance-based financial services business that admits members who have met strict ethical and production requirements. Court of the Table members distinguished themselves by producing at or above a level three times that of MDRT membership requirements.
